Founded in 2023 by seasoned media professionals Shaun Warry and Tama Sweetman, Popsta brings premium, brand-safe, and exclusive YouTube inventory to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Shaun and Tama have successfully launched multiple digital companies across ANZ & held senior roles at leading publishers, including Pandora, Spotify, REA, TubeMogul, Mi9, Microsoft, RadiumOne, ESPN, eBay, and Disney. Together, they have over 30 years of experience deep & relationships across every level of the media industry.

Tama brings specialist expertise in music, having worked at Pandora and Spotify, and served on the IAB Board in New Zealand.

Shaun, a former media agency owner, is an expert in media planning and buying across all channels and sits on the UnLtd. board in Australia. Both have extensive experience in DSP and programmatic media.

Shaun and Tama are excited to bring this premium offering to the ANZ market, helping brands reach their audiences where they’re most engaged.

For more than 17 years, Phil has worked with media agencies across Perth, forming strong working relationships across all levels of these organisations. Having held positions of Sales Account Manager, Group Sales Manager, and WA Sales Director, Phil has created a business that’s second to none when it comes to building, maintaining, and growing sales performance.
